The products displayed in the online shop constitute a non-binding invitation to place an order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
A binding contract is formed once the customer receives an order confirmation email or shipment confirmation from BYCHRISTO LTD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
4. PRICING AND TAXES All prices shown on the Site are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where legally required. Additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers located within applicable jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal rights. Please refer to the separate Withdrawal Policy for detailed information regarding returns, refunds, and cancellation rights.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Certain product components, perfume oils, packaging materials, bottles, and raw materials may be sourced internationally, including from suppliers located within and outside the European Union. Products may be filled, processed, packaged, or fulfilled in Germany by authorized third-party providers acting on behalf of BYCHRISTO LTD. Descriptions, images, and marketing materials are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. The Company does not guarantee that colors, packaging appearance, or minor design elements displayed on the Site will exactly match delivered products.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including trademarks, branding, logos, product names, images, graphics, text, website design, and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to BYCHRISTO LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
8. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYCHRISTO LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site, Services, or products. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or unlawful limitation of consumer rights.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may contact BYCHRISTO LTD directly to resolve complaints or disputes. BYCHRISTO LTD is not obligated and does not currently agree to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
