Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify:

Customers may send a clear statement by email or post informing us of their decision to withdraw.

Effects of Withdrawal
If a customer withdraws from the contract, all payments received will be reimbursed, including standard delivery costs where legally required. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Returns Process
Returns may be processed through authorized returns and fulfillment partners located in Germany acting on behalf of BYCHRISTO LTD.

Return Conditions
Returned items should:
• be securely packaged,
• include all accessories where applicable,
• and be returned without unnecessary damage.

Customers remain liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• customized or personalized products,
• sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed where permitted by applicable law.

Return Costs
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs.
